Please review the Statutes and Bylaws of the Society that are available for download at the bottom of this form and complete the following application with your preferred contact information. Include one name for “Individual Membership” and two names for “Household Membership”. Please remember to click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form to submit your application.

Annual Dues

Annual dues: $35 individual membership / $45 household membership. Dues will be payable upon notice that your application has been approved.

Documents

Please review the attached Canonical Statutes and Bylaws of the Society of St. Joseph of Bethlehem. These documents explain the relationship of the Society with the Diocese of Allentown and provide rules and guidelines within which the Society must operate. Members of the Society must agree to abide by these Statutes and Bylaws. Friends of SSJB are not required to do so, but are asked to review the documents.
