The Statutes and Bylaws of the Society are available for download at the bottom of this form. To become a member, please complete the following application with your preferred contact information. Include one name for “Individual Membership” and two names for “Household Membership”. Please remember to click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form to submit your application.

Annual Dues

Annual dues: $35 individual membership / $45 household membership. Dues will be payable upon notice that your application has been approved.
